Rembrandt is a young, aspiring chef from Amsterdam with a passion for food, produce and wine. From a young age he had an interest in food and would frequently host dinner party’s for friends and family. His cooking is inspired by the years he spend as a child in southern Spain, resulting in an interactive and cozy dining experience. In adolescence he worked in restaurants starting as dishwasher, but ended up cooking in both modern and classic European kitchens. More recently his work has expended to catering and private dining, working mostly alone for smaller to medium sized parties. A wide range of abilities allow Rembrandt to provide tailored menu’s capable of pleasing any palate or dietary issue’s.
